Placing Your First Order
Placing an order at eLED.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you finish your shopping and ready to check out. All orders must be placed online.
Finding Items
Simply click on Products frame located on the left side of every page of our site or use the search engine located on the top-right of our site. Once you find an item that interests you, click part number of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including mechanical drawings, electrical characteristics, quantity in stock, and unit cost for the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Basket" button after you have entered your purchased quantity. To add another item, repeat your products search and click the "Add to Basket" again. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon at the top of every page of our Web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "remove" button at the end of that line item. Here, you can also update the quantity of each line item you want to order. When you're ready to place an order for all items in the "Shopping Cart", click the "Check-out" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. You need to complete all fields as indicated. No PO Box address will be accepted as a shipping address.
Shipping Methods
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a Shipping Method. You can estimate total delivery time by adding the shipping time for the method you choose to the availability time of the item in your order with the longest availability time. If several items in your order have varying availabilities, you will be given the choice of waiting to ship until your entire order is ready (complete) or partial ship available items first and ship back-ordered balance as they become available. The second option involves additional per-shipment fees.
UPS Next Day Air / Second Day Air / Three Day Select and FedEx International Priority: Order that is placed before 1:00 pm P.S.T. will be shipped on same day.
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): Order that is placed before 2:00 pm P.S.T. will be shipped on same day.
Order Summary
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message containing tracking number at the time of shipment.
Method of Payment
Preferred payments for all orders are prepaid via major credit cards. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Company/Cashier's checks are also accepted as form of payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. For security purposes, your billing address on the order must be the same as your credit card billing address where your invoice will be sent.
Track Order Shipment/View Order Status
We will send you an e-mail message at the time of shipment containing order shipment tracking number. To track your shipment, please click the tracking button in the e-mail message you've received. To view your order status, Log-In to your account and click on the link "Order Status' located at the left lower section of the frame. If you have trouble to track or have not received your shipment, please contact our support team at support@eLED.com.
Delivery
The "Quantity in Stock" estimated on each item's detail page refers to quantity in hands at the time you place your order. The "Quantity in Stock" shown may contain part quantity that was allocated to other customers which had previously placed order online. Should the item not in stock, lead-time is approximately 15 ~ 20 business days. Shipping time depends upon the shipping method you choose.
