Returns

Shortage Claims:

• All shortage must be claimed within 15 days from date of shipment.

Return Policy

• Return items less than standard package size will not be accepted.
• Return items must be in original package and free of any damages.
• Returns without a RMA number will be rejected with sender's expenses.
• All returns, unless defective,  are subject to a minimum of $25 or 25% restocking charge which ever is higher.
• Items over three months from date of receipt are not returnable.
• Please click RMA and submit form to request for return if above Return Policy described all applies.
