<h4><b>Ordering</b></h4><p><b>Placing Your First Order</b></p>Placing an order at eLED.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you finish your shopping and ready to check out. All orders must be placed online.</p><p><b>Finding Items</b></p><p>First you will need to <u><a href="\default.asp">browse or search</a></u> for the items you would like to order using Keyword search box or Advanced Products Search, or simply click on our Products icon located nearly every page of our site. Once you find an item that interests you, click part number of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including mechanical drawings, electrical characteristics, quantity in stock, and unit cost for the item.</p><p><b>Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart</b></p><p>If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Basket" button after you have entered your purchased quantity. To add anther item, repeat your products search and click the "Add to Basket" again. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart"icon at the top of every page of our Web site.</p><p><b>Proceed to Checkout</b></p><p>Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "remove" button at the end of that line item. Here, you can also update the quantity of each line item you want to order. When you're ready to place an order for all items in the "Shopping Cart" click the "checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.</p><p>All prices on are subject to change without notice.</p><p><b>Shipping Address</b></p><p>Tell us where you would like to ship your order. You need to complete all fields as indicated. No PO box address will be accepted as a shipping address.</p><p><b>Shipping Methods</b></p><p>Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a Shipping Method. You can estimate total delivery time by adding the shipping time for the method you choose to the availability time of the item in your order with the longest availability time. If several items in your order have varying availabilities, you will be given the choice of waiting to ship until your entire order is ready or shipping items as they become available. This second option involves additional per-shipment fees.</p><p>Next Day Air / Second Day Air: Order that is placed before 1:00 pm P.S.T. will be shipped on same day.</p><p>Standard Shipping: Order that is placed before 11:00 am P.S.T. will be shipped on same day.</p><p><b>Order Summary</b></p><p>Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order"button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.</p><p><b>Method of Payment</b></p><p>Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.</p><p><b>For security purposes, your billing address on the order must be the same as your credit card billing address where your invoice will be sent.</b></p><p><b>Tracking Your Order</b></p><p>To track your shipment, please click the “Tracking?button. Enter our reference number appears on the confirmation and click OK. If you have trouble to track or have not received your shipment, please contact our support team at <a href="mailto:support@eLED.com" style="color: #FF0000; text-underline: single"> support@eLED.com</a>.</p><p><b>Delivery</b></p><p>The "Quantity In Stock" estimated on each item's detail page refers to quantity in hands at the time you place your order. Should the item not in stock, lead-time is approximately 4 ~ 5 weeks. Shipping time depends upon the shipping method you choose.</p>
